Our Mission
To increase quality, affordable, safe and supportive environments in all early childcare and learning settings to promote development and create nurturing relationships for young children (infants to kindergarten) thus contributing to a thriving community.
President
Pam Marsh
Pam is a practicing psychologist. She maintains her passion for children, multidisciplinary collaboration, and supervising graduate students. Pam completed her internship at Children’s Hospital Colorado (2003) after seemingly endless years of education (BA-Bucknell, MSW-U. of Pittsburgh, & PsyD-George Washington U.). When not enjoying Colorado’s majestic beauty and outdoor activities with her husband, she appreciates spending time with her two adult daughters and traveling.

Vice President
Carla Pokrywka Cole
Carla is dedicated to the community of Idaho Springs through volunteer and board positions in and out of the K-12 school system. She has a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Virginia Polytechnic Institute, is a licensed architect, large-scale strategic planner, and senior design and construction program manager for commercial developments. Carla enjoys time at home in the mountains with her family skiing, cooking, and exploring new experiences.

Secretary
Jessica Tribbett
Jessica has a Masters in Library and Information Sciences and is passionate about community growth and engagement. The absence of early childcare and affordable childcare is an issue that predominately impacts mothers. She views the lack of childcare in our county is a social justice issue as the impact of this missing resource is largely carried on the shoulders of women and lower income families.

Treasurer
Viki Manley
Viki Manley, MA is the Division Administrator of the Division of Community, Population, and
Public Mental Health, Department of Psychiatry, University of Colorado School of Medicine. Viki has over 25 years of experience in healthcare administration within the University of Colorado
School of Medicine along with public service agencies. She has directed programs for addiction treatment, persons with disabilities, aging adults and veterans and is currently focused on ensuring Coloradans have access to behavioral health services.
