Who benefits
-
Families - lower costs, stress, access.
-
Local businesses - consistent summer staffing, minimize call outs, minimize seasonal turnover due to lack of childcare.
-
Clear Creek County School District - ideally, affordable childcare will correlate within an increase in pre-k & K enrollments. Supportive summer childcare options should help with enrollment retention, ideally leading to more money for GCS and the school district in annual per pupil revenue.
